Modula Pallet is the automatic technology capable of autonomously and safely handling Euro pallets of 1200 x 800 mm, pallets or boxes of similar dimensions.
Quick and easy to install, it has advantages that set it apart: it allows pallets to be handled from the ground without the use of forklifts; and it acts as a buffer in the goods receiving and dispatch area.
The loading bay measures the incoming pallet and checks the weight and height. Based on the measured values, the system identifies the most suitable position among those available in the warehouse. Modula Pallet has an automated loading bay designed for use with: hand pallet trucks and electric pallet trucks.
It allows pallets to be loaded at ground level: without having to lift them, without danger, without working at height and without forklift truck drivers.
It allows parts to be picked directly from the side windows of the loading bay without the need to completely remove the pallet from the machine.
Modula Pallet has also been designed for mixed handling: some trays are used for pallet storage and other trays use Lift technology to store other loose and packed materials or boxes. In this way, there will be a dedicated pallet bay for pallet handling and a counter bay for standard picking.
