The rollforming line produces up to 24 different profiles from aluminum coils. In the mentioned line, in addition on the rollforming process, profiles are curved, and punched, reference marks and cut of the pieces are made.
Talking about a profile who requires in one of its sides a critic tolerance has been decided to produce them by pairs with a cut in the interior of the rollforming line using special designed rolls.
For its construction, we have chosen and integrated the most suitables machines and components for every particular job, from a double decoiler for a fast coil change, welding system of the coil-end with the beginning of the new one, rollforming machine with fast cassette changing, motorized, universal curvator multi-radio, and punching hydraulic system by cassettes of fast changing between references to produce. Everything driven by a special developed software for the application.
This line counts with a tele-assistance system who allows, from distance and at live time, the diagnosis and, if it is necessary, the tecnic intervention from any part of the world and at any time.
