CNH Industrial, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, has implemented electronic operator assistance systems at its St. Valentin plant. These systems, such as ProTight from STAHLWILLE, are used in tractor assembly to ensure safety and traceability of production processes. Each workstation executes bolted joints with different tightening torques, controlled by MANOSKOP 766 electromechanical torque wrenches. ProTight software records data in real time, ensuring correct bolted joints. This system simplifies processes, eliminates the need for subsequent controls and provides convenience to employees. In addition, its installation is fast and scalable, which improves CNH Industrial’s production efficiency.
